Our path to ownership isn’t designed to be difficult to achieve. For those doctors that have ownership goals, we create a clear and obtainable path lined with mentorship and the tools to succeed.

Often the financial burden for ownership is eased through sweat equity in opening a new office. Currently we have 40 owner doctors for almost 50 offices, with several more on the path to ownership.

At the clinic level, we don't have business leads running our offices, rather each office is led by a managing dentist who is either an owner dentist or on the path to ownership. The KDB shared services team is built to support the doctors and clinics, not direct them.
