To keep an office running smoothly there are a lot of tasks and chores that need to happen and usually not a lot of people raising their hands to do them. KDB has a dedicated Facilities Management team to handle all them, no matter how grungry.

A dentist should be focused on fixing smiles, not toilets. The Facilities Management team works with landlords to make sure everything in the office is in working order and quickly arranges to fix anything that is not. They also negotiate contracts with various services such as cleaning crews to remove the burden from the office.

In addition to the general housekeeping duties, the team also ensures that all the equipment is functioning as it should. So whether a pano X-Ray is down, or a TV in the lobby is on the fritz, the Facility Management Team will get it fixed.
