What to Expect at Pedo Bootcamp:

• Hands-On Practice: During Pedo Bootcamp, our new doctors have the incredible opportunity to practice common pediatric dental procedures, such as restorations, stainless steel crowns, hop armies, and space maintainers. We meticulously guide them through each procedure, from step-by-step methods to the materials we use to provide dental care to our young patients.
• Comprehensive Case Reviews: Our doctors will review a wide range of cases, discussing the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry guidelines and best practices to ensure they are well-prepared to serve our patients with excellence.
• In-Depth Pediatric Dental Topics: We cover a host of essential pediatric dental topics, including preventive dentistry, anticipatory guidance, infant oral health, medical history review, growth and development, local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, sedation, and general anesthesia case criteria. These topics are discussed in a roundtable manner, encouraging the sharing of ideas, stimulating discussion, and promoting interaction among providers.
