Dental school doesn't always prepare you for a room full of nervous six-year-olds. That's why we built Peds Bootcamp: a hands-on training program in our Scottsdale SIM lab designed specifically to get new doctors confident in pediatric-specific skills before they're in the chair with a real patient.
Every new doctor is also paired with an experienced mentor through our Mentorship Program, built by our founder to smooth the transition from dental school to full-time pediatric practice. This isn't generic CE — it's pediatric-focused training and mentorship you won't find at a general-dentistry DSO.
